About the project
The first edition was held in March 2026 and lasted a weekend. We brought together high school and university students and ran training on topics that are not taught at school but are needed straight away: public speaking, leadership, Canva, time management. The next edition is being prepared for spring 2027.
Objectives
- Practical skills, taught over a weekend rather than a semester.
- Topics you can use the next day: public speaking, managing your time.
- Free access for pupils and students in Oradea.

This project is run every year by Rotaract Oradea. Starting with the edition of the current Rotary year, we are building a complete digital archive of every edition, to document the impact and the way the project evolves over time.
